Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms keema


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1 nos chop green chilli


  • 2 tsp roasted chana powder


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 1 cups for gravy:onion paste


  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp salt as taste


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 nos maggi magic masala pouc


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp green choriander chopped


  • 1 tsp cream

Directions

  • Take a bowl add washed keema,salt,green chilli, roasted chana powder,eggs and bread crumbs mix well .
  • Take a wok add oil, then oil heat make a keema balls and fried for both sides.
  • Take apan add oil garlic saute,onion and ginger add till golden brown add tomato puree,all masala and ginger saute add water for gravy.
  • One boil add koftas cook for 10 minutes .
  • After 10 minutes add green coriander and serve hot.garnish 1 tsp of cream.
